What is it?
To sustain any form of improvement within a school, strategic monitoring is vital. This involves more than just observing lessons and providing individual feedback. It’s about looking holistically across the whole school and observing from a strategic perspective, linked to the vision you have for the school.
Beyond Monitoring is a programme designed by two outstanding heads and led by Third Wave Enterprises. It is a short course that will empower heads and senior leaders with the means to deliver better teaching and learning through effective strategic monitoring.
