Great care is taken to explore and match similar out-takes and circumstances to ensure a perfect and most relevant fit for you to benefit from the process.
From dinner lady to headteacher, a true partnership is developed between the two schools. You will experience another school environment and look in-depth at items such as results, how marking is moderated and even wall displays. Heads also receive regular training and updates throughout the partnership process to keep up-to-date with the national agenda.
